People Development Program

The goal of the FRDC's People Development Program is to invest in research and development activities that develop the capabilities of the people to whom the industry entrusts its future.

The program is guided by an advisory group and managed by the FRDC people development program manager.

Investment is delivered through FRDC initiated activities, including personal and professional development opportunities, conferences, awards, commissioned work and tenders. In addition, projects may be funded through the annual open call for applications and tactical response funding.

Professional development opportunities

The FRDC People Development Program offers a suite of programs, scholarships and bursaries to build leadership, skills, networks and knowledge.
