Step 4: Submit a full Application to FRDC

Once your FRAB has reviewed the pre-proposal, and any recommended amendments have been included, you are ready to submit a full application to FRDC. This is done via FRDC's re-developed on-line application system FishNet.

The system ensure that all information provided by applicants conforms to a specific standard that enables it to be downloaded to FRDC's project management system.

Applications are due each year on November 1.
