Objectives

1. To evaluate the costs and benefits of research on stock structure in the SEF orange roughy fishery.
2. To assist in the further development of the research plan for the SEF.
3. To develop and test the Bayesian framework for evaluating research and to determine its suitablility for application to other species and fisheries.
